The Apothecary takes the health of our clients, employees, and community seriously.  Before your visit, please take a moment to read our spa procedures in the era of COVID-19.

Our staff will be wearing a mask during your service. Masks are optional for our guests.

We have added an extra 15 minutes to every appointment so that our staff can disinfect every touch point between clients.
Staff members wash their hands with soap and water for 20 seconds before and after every client, and all staff members practice good hygiene throughout the day.  Surfaces, containers, and touch points are cleaned with an EPA approved disinfectant after every client.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your service provider will greet you at the locked, front door to let you in.

If you have had 2 or more of the following symptoms in the 5 days, please ensure a negative COVID test or reschedule your appointment:

  • Fever of 100.4 or greater, or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache (out of the ordinary)
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose (unrelated to allergies)
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
If you need to cancel your appointment due to sickness or the care for a sick family member, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. In addition, our staff is asked to stay home if they are not feeling well. Your patience is appreciated in the event that your appointment needs to be cancelled due to an employee illness.
Due to staff allergies we do not allow pets, with the exception of a service dog. Also, we have a strict Fragrance Policy. The wearing of synthetic fragrances (perfumes) is not permitted at the Apothecary. Keep in mind that hair products containing synthetic fragrances should also be avoided.
Other than a caregiver, please refrain from bringing anyone with you to your appointment.  Guests will be asked to wait in their car or outside.
